please help with madden 2008 game speed

i have the problem where when i go to play the game and i can't get it to stop accelerated speed. can anybody assist with this. this is for the pc|||Hit ctrl-alt-delete, after you start the game. Go to the madden proccess. Right click on it and set it to infinity 1.
So it can use one core. This game does not like dual core proccessers. It runs super fast like that with dual cores.|||thank you very much for your help.. that worked perfectly|||Your welcome. Enjoy!
